What we collect

When you contact us for a consultation (via WhatsApp or the email form), we receive your name, email, phone number (if given), and whatever you write in your message. When you use the live reading, birth chart, horoscope, or tarot tools, we process the date, time, and place you enter (or your device's geolocation, only if you grant permission) in order to compute a result.

What we store

Chart calculations, tarot draws, and horoscope requests are processed to generate your result and are not stored afterward. We do not maintain user accounts on this site. Blog posts are stored in our database; consultation messages sent by email are kept only as long as needed to respond. WhatsApp messages are handled in WhatsApp itself.

Third parties involved

A few external services are used to make the site work, and each briefly sees relevant data in order to do its job:

• Groq processes computed chart facts, tarot card names, or a rashi name to generate the AI-written readings and reports. It does not receive your name, email, or contact details.
• Photon (OpenStreetMap) receives the city name you type into the location search, to return matching places and coordinates.
• Resend delivers the email when you submit the consultation request form — your name, email, phone, and message pass through it to reach our inbox.

Consultation requests

If you message us on WhatsApp or submit the footer email form, we use that information solely to respond and, if you proceed, to conduct the consultation. We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any correspondence we hold about you at any time — email bhavesh@astrodart.com and we'll action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
